In Gratitude — Total Soulful Journey

Libby is away on summer vacation with her family so I would like to take this time to personally thank you for reading our blog and supporting all that we do at Total Soulful Journey. We are humbled and grateful to all of you who reach out to us on a weekly basis and tell us how much our writing inspires you and how it has helped you trough difficult times. Believe me when I say that your feedback and kind words mean the world to us! We also want to extend a special thank you to all of our international readers from Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Africa and Australia. We love that TSJ is an international community where we can all grow together and become the best versions of ourselves.

Summer is an excellent season for slowing down and taking time off from the daily rush of work life. It is also a wonderful time to make lasting memories, explore new places, try new activities, reflect upon your goals and ultimately grow in mind, body and spirit. Practice mindfulness and being present in all that you do. This will help you to fully enjoy this season. Big changes are coming to my life in September, but I am practicing living in the moment as I enjoy exploring Washington and Michigan this summer. There is no point worrying about the future. It only robs us of fully enjoying our lives right here, right now.

Coming up on the blog this Tuesday, I'm going to share a personal story about "manifesting" that happened to me last Thursday. It's easy to be skeptical about The Law of Attraction because it is so misunderstood. I'm going to share with you how it works in my life so that you can have a proper understanding of how to put it to work for you. Once you understand and believe in it, you will be amazed as what you envision becomes manifest. Remember that when you align with your purpose, the Universe will conspire to make your dreams come true.
